I am delighted to announce that we have locked the 50 Kisses feature film – and it’s running to 90 minutes almost to the second!
The team and our post production volunteers have been working through the holidays to overcome some technical challenges and get the film finished in time for the premiere.
As we said in our last update, ALL the films submitted to '50 Kisses' will be featured in some way in the final edit with 25 films being featured in their entirety.
Congratulations to ALL the film makers who submitted – we look forward to seeing you ALL at the premiere, in posh frocks and black tie, along with friends and family.
NOTE: EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO ATTEND THE PREMIERE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A FILMMAKER OR WRITER TO ATTEND

WOW... what a super lineup, thank you.
We are so charmed, inspired and truly very overwhelmed and honoured to be amongst a great set of writers, films and filmmakers.
Excited and looking forward to hugging you all and seeing you at the premiere, and for those who cannot be there, you will be hugged and in attendance in the spirit of your creations.
Congratulations to all of you, inspired as a global collective sharing a passion for cinema, we embraced an idea and are about to cross the finishing line altogether, to Chris, Gail, and all the behind the scenes hard work, thank you for having us... giving us the opportunity to be part of a truly unique idea and for being there.
Truly onwards and upwards... as Chris would say

We, too, are excited to be a part of this great venture. Thank you so much for including us. Thank you for your vision and determination to make this happen. Inspirational.
50 Kisses and Dream Date have taken us on such a fabulous ride for which we are eternally grateful.

Congrats to everyone involved!
Just a note, though - you've got the wrong writer credited for "Priceless". Vanessa Yardley did that one.

Thanks to the team for your perseverance and congrats to all the filmmakers. No doubt this will be an amazing feature.
Rob Burke (Friday, 10 January 2014 22:44)
Congrats to all. Hoping to make it out there from the States - should be fun!
Anne-Marie & Charity (Saturday, 11 January 2014 16:34)
Congratulations on getting the final edit locked down! And well done on all your hard work and for giving so many people the opportunity to be part of this amazing project!

Great to see it realised. Can't attend premiere as London is a long way from NZ - will have to organise one down under - how do we manage to get a copy to do that?
50kisses (Monday, 13 January 2014 17:54)
Richard - we will be connect with our far flung writers and filmmakers this week with an invitation to host your own premiere too! Expect a mail this week.
Anne (Tuesday, 14 January 2014 07:55)
Do the writers and the film-makers have to pay the full ticket price, as£19.99 is quite expensive for a ticket.
Luke Perez (Tuesday, 14 January 2014 09:32)
Are there choices to the poster design we will be given?
50kisses (Tuesday, 14 January 2014 17:01)
Hi Anne, yes sadly you do - no-one gets a free ticket I am afraid as there is no budget at all. And Luke, there is just one poster.
Peter Carruthers (Saturday, 25 January 2014 15:56)
Well done everyone. I'm very proud to have been a winner in both parts of the competition as writer of 'Never Forget' and then as lead actor/producer of the winning film version of the script (we are Black Toffee/SnapperPunchFish).
Unfortunately, I'm unable to attend the premiere as I'll be performing in my play 'Hidden' that night, although the director (Dan Price) sound genius (Ash Tidball) and lead actress (Emma Kenny) will be there to celebrate with you all. Enjoy! :)
